Order Processing
All orders are processed during regular business hours. Orders placed after business hours will be processed the next business day.

Curbside Pickup
Select curbside pickup at checkout and choose your preferred pickup time.
When you arrive, please call the store and provide your name and order number or notify on the app/website. A team member will bring your order directly to your vehicle. Please have your confirmation ready.

Standard Delivery
We offer standard delivery for a flat fee of $10 per order and FREE DELIVERY for Orders above $100.Delivery availability will be confirmed at checkout based on your address.
Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the scheduled delivery time.

Perishable Items
Fresh and perishable items are carefully packed to maintain quality and freshness. We recommend refrigerating or freezing items immediately upon receiving your order.

Delivery Delays
While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your understanding.

Address Accuracy
Please verify your delivery address before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Product Availability
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is out of stock or exceeds purchase limits, the store reserves the right to cancel the item or the order. In such cases, a refund will be issued to the original payment method
