Returns
Returns are accepted only for items that are damaged defective or incorrectly delivered All return requests must be made within 7 days of purchase or delivery Items
must be returned in their original condition and packaging with proof of purchase
Non Returnable Items
Please note that fresh produce meat dairy items and hot food are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances
We also do not accept returns on opened food products perishable goods clearance items or any item marked as final sale
Exchanges
Exchanges are allowed for eligible non perishable items if the product is unused and in original condition Requests must be made within 7 days of purchase or delivery
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they are processed or shipped Once an order is packed or dispatched it cannot be canceled If you wish to cancel please contact us
as soon as possible
Refunds
Approved returns will be refunded using the original payment method Refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days after the returned item is received and inspected
